Responsibilities
- Conduct design studies and participate in design workshops with designer lead.
- Prepare drawings for schematic design, design development, and contract documents including developing design sketches, renderings, models, graphics, details, sections, elevations and schedules.
- Develop details with senior technical architects.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, fabricators, and other vendors to meet overall project objectives.
- Work closely and clearly communicating with the team. Team members balance their independent work with the need to stay closely connected to the team.
- Contribute to a creative and congenial office environment.
- Support the firm's mission through behavior consistent with our core values.
Requirements
- Professional degree from an accredited school of architecture.
- 3-5 years experience in a Design or Architectural practice.
- Proven excellence in design and presentation skills.
- Strong 3D visualization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite [Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint].
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and other complex computer modeling software.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities.
