About the Role

We are seeking a polished and warm sales professional to join our Madison Avenue team. This role offers the opportunity to grow and develop into a Senior Sales Advisor by delivering exceptional service to a discerning clientele and mastering luxury clienteling.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients with grace and attentiveness, supporting fittings, gifting, and phone orders.
• Process transactions accurately and handle gift wrapping to a luxury standard.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Fleurisse collections, including sizing, fabrication, and styling.
• Begin building client relationships and contribute to outreach on new arrivals and occasions.
• Support the senior team with replenishment, visual upkeep, and maintaining an impeccably presented floor.
• Assist with inventory operations, including receiving and unpacking deliveries, barcoding, steaming, and organizing the stockroom.
• Retrieve merchandise and replenish the floor throughout the day, including from the lower-level stockroom.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales experience; luxury, boutique, or childrenswear is a strong plus.
• A gracious, professional, and composed manner suitable for high-expectations clientele.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational habits.
• Comfort with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to handle the physical aspects of boutique work, including carrying merchandise and standing for extended periods.
• Full-time availability, including a minimum of one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week.
