About the Role

Lyft is seeking a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager with exceptional technical and analytical skills to drive execution across high-impact product initiatives. This role supports product-facing teams within Rideshare, focusing on Partnerships, Loyalty, and Payments to create a singular loyalty offering. You will collaborate with various departments to deliver iterative solutions that delight riders and drivers.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional product initiatives from ideation through planning, execution, launch, and post-launch, ensuring alignment, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
Provide hands-on support across all phases of the software development lifecycle, including project planning, resource allocation, progress tracking, risk mitigation, KPI ownership and measurement, and leadership communications.
Partner with engineering, product, data science, design, operations, and other business functions to build highly collaborative teams and maintain clear communication.
Drive loyalty and retention product programs, defining success metrics, prioritizing roadmap investments, and accelerating feature delivery.
Lead regulatory and compliance-driven product initiatives, navigating ambiguity and coordinating across legal, policy, product, and engineering stakeholders.

Requirements

5-10+ years of experience in a customer-facing product environment, leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex product and platform initiatives iteratively in a highly dynamic and agile environment.
Proven ability to operate effectively and autonomously across multiple teams in situations of extreme ambiguity, with only high-level direction.
Experience as an embedded TPM partnering within product engineering teams, with the flexibility to shift into generalist capacity supporting multiple teams concurrently.
Experience building roadmaps, release plans, and program plans with a thorough understanding of dependency management.
Able to communicate highly technical problems and solutions at all levels — from individual contributors to C-level executives.
Experience compiling and presenting business and technology options, backed by data and experimentation, to decision makers.
Experience with loyalty programs, partnerships, pricing models and other key strategic elements that drive product stickiness is a plus.
