About the Role

North Austin Nissan is seeking a Parts Department counter person to join their fun, fast-paced environment. This role involves assisting customers, supporting service writers, managing parts requisitions, and stocking inventory. The position offers an opportunity to be part of a growing company and a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Answering retail phones and assisting walk-in customers.
• Answering calls from Service writers for parts estimates.
• Monitoring the electronic parts requisition system for technicians.
• Pulling parts and delivering them to technician bays.
• Collaborating with technicians to ensure correct parts are quoted.
• Maintaining stock levels for fast-moving parts at the back counter.

Requirements

• Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Skills

• Previous parts experience is a plus.
• Nissan experience preferred.
• Tekion experience preferred.
