About the Role
Join Coca-Cola’s Global Equipment Platforms team to shape the future of iconic products like Freestyle fountain dispensers, coolers, and vending machines. This role combines modern UI design skills with systems thinking for experiences that impact millions worldwide. You will be part of a collaborative, innovative, in-office team focused on growth, consumer insights, and pioneering digital equipment experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design pixel-perfect user interfaces for equipment displays, embedded screens, web applications, and mobile apps.
- Deliver high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes using Figma, communicating user flows, states, and interactions.
- Ensure design consistency by aligning with UI guidelines and specifications and utilizing component libraries and responsive design principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers and product leads through in-office sessions and field visits.
- Support UX research by participating in user observations and interviews, translating insights into UI improvements.
- Document UI specifications, standards, and design system components for development handoff.
- Contribute to, refine, and champion the UI Design System and global brand standards.
- Present and defend design decisions to peers, leadership, and partners, while actively seeking feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in interaction design, HCI, visual communication, graphic/industrial design, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on design experience for digital products, with embedded/IoT devices experience being a strong plus.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including component shared libraries, variants, interactive prototyping, responsive workflows, and design systems.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Experience with prototyping, wireframing, visual design, sketching, ideation, color theory, typography, and documentation.
- Proven ability to deliver and iterate on highly polished interfaces.
- Effective communication skills for presenting and defending design decisions.
- Strong collaboration skills, especially in face-to-face and workshop environments.
- Empathy for the user and a focus on creating delightful, impactful experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and not require sponsorship.
