About the Role
Our Investment Banking & Capital Markets business provides comprehensive advisory and financing products and services. We offer clients solutions for mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, debt and equity capital raising, and structured equity transactions, advising on innovative cross-border and regional deals.
Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth company and industry research and analysis.
- Support the execution of client advisory and financial transactions while managing multiple projects with rigid and, at times, global timelines.
- Prepare marketing materials and transaction documentation, including confidential memoranda, pitch books, corporate profiles, and analysis.
- Conduct detailed financial modelling, valuation, and forecasting of financial statements.
- Understand the Bank’s product suite.
Requirements
- Significant network and experience within the arena with extensive, product and market knowledge.
- Proven track record of independently and proactively servicing multiple clients and effectively managing multiple priorities, while generating significant revenue.
- Strong commercial acumen: understanding client/market problems, proactively tackling challenges and seizing opportunities as they arise.
- SIE, Series 63 and Series 79.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to understand broad business issues, their potential implications and to make sound business recommendations.
