Product Management at Capital One requires reimagining the status quo, finding value creation opportunities, and driving innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology. The Consumer & Developer Experience (CDX) organization builds foundational technologies for our end-to-end customer journey. The Marketing, Messaging & Personalization team owns capabilities that intelligently drive and optimize customer interactions, while the Experience Platforms team ensures the quality and consistency of our customer-facing digital channels. Together, these teams fuse advanced data, AI, and robust front-end engineering to deliver seamless digital experiences, impacting how millions of users connect with our brand.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate proficiency in Human Centered Product Management: Obsess about internal and external customer needs to reimagine and innovate product solutions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Business Focused Product Management: Deliver game-changing outcomes by focusing on leverage and execution excellence.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Technology Driven Product Management: Leverage technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions that enable both near term and long term value.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Integrated Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Transformational Leadership: Lead cross functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment.
Requirements
- Currently have, or in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing.
- Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in any field and 4 years of Product Management experience.
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
