Join our team at the Theater des Westens as a Show Crew / Stage Technician. Responsibilities

• Properly execute all stage technical tasks during performances and rehearsals.
• Independently prepare and inspect equipment for completeness and functionality.
• Perform maintenance, repair, and cleaning of technical equipment used for performances.
• Handle setup and assembly during production changes.
• Set up, dismantle, and manage special events, including their supervision.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a stage technician in theater/musical productions is desirable.
• Knowledge of theater equipment and facilities in stage technology.
• Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work under pressure, teamwork, and reliability.
