About the Role

Join our team at Theater des Westens as a Stage Management / Floater (m/f/d) for 20 hours per week, from mid-August 2026 until the end of November 2026. We are passionate about live entertainment, musicals, and top-tier theater productions, creating a dedicated team from diverse individuals. Responsibilities

Monitor technical departments' positions and actions during rehearsals and performances in collaboration with the Caller.
Control stage transformations for safety of performers and stage crew, ensuring safety in the entire stage area during and outside of operations.
Create the weekly rehearsal schedule, manage rehearsals, and track performer attendance.
Organize rehearsals.
Maintain reporting systems (Show Report).
Take over show-related tasks (Floater).

Requirements

Experience in Stage Management is desired.
Very good English skills.
Good German language skills for announcements to the audience.
Very good technical knowledge.
Organizational talent.
Strong time management skills.
Good IT skills.
Resilience and ability to perform under stress.
