About the Role

Altium Wealth is seeking a strategic professional to join its Client Service team. This role is crucial to the client experience and the organization's success, serving as a liaison between clients and advisors.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between clients and advisors, delivering quality service internally and externally.
  • Coordinate and prepare for client meetings, including post-meeting documentation and follow-up.
  • Schedule client meetings and send confirmation emails.
  • Utilize applications such as Outlook, Salesforce, Schwab, TD, and Fidelity to obtain account information and manage client service requests.
  • Handle client requests and tasks, ensuring client needs are met while adhering to compliance standards.
  • Manage and ensure accuracy of client data within the CRM (Salesforce).
  • Process and track insurance maintenance requests for client policies.
  • Perform other assigned responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Financial Services.
  • 1+ years of experience maintaining client relationships and providing service in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Word; Excel is a plus.
  • Prior experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or possess other unrestricted U.S. work authorization, with no future sponsorship requirements.

  • $65,000-$75,000 plus discretionary bonus
