Responsibilities
- Ring up customers, answer questions at checkout, and make every transaction feel easy
- Help customers discover items and create a welcoming experience on the floor
- Keep your section organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing
- Merchandise donated goods so every corner of the floor stays fresh and shoppable
- Sort, inspect, and price incoming merchandise quickly and accurately
- Prepare goods for the floor by organizing and tagging
- Keep the backroom running efficiently so the sales floor never runs dry
Requirements
- You bring a positive attitude and a genuine teamwork mindset
- You show up on time and ready to support your team
- You’re curious and eager to learn on the job
- You’re comfortable on your feet and can handle physical tasks like lifting and organizing
- Depending on the position, a pre-hire physical may be requested as part of the onboarding process.
