About the Role

Okta is building the trusted, neutral infrastructure to enable organizations to safely embrace AI. This role offers an opportunity to do career-defining work on a mission-driven team focused on securing the world's identities so innovators can innovate.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and continuously scale the entire signup experience to reduce friction, increase conversion, and showcase product value upfront.
• Build and refine full-stack features using React and Node.js for in-product onboarding guides and dashboard workflows.
• Develop and maintain the portal and entry points for third-party platform integrations.
• Contribute to and utilize our internal A/B testing framework to run rapid, reliable experiments across early customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data Analytics to turn user behavioral insights into high-performing, production-ready full-stack features.
• Architect, maintain, and debug features across the full technical stack.
• Participate in the team's on-call rotation to ensure a reliable and secure production environment.

Requirements

• Deep production experience in JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
• Ability to move fluidly between building intuitive frontend interfaces and designing robust backend services.
• Strong preference for data-driven development.
• Prior experience in A/B testing or data analysis to help interpret experiment results and user behavior is ideal.
• Enjoy a fast-paced, iterative loop of shipping, measuring, learning, and pivoting based on concrete data.
