About the Role
The Marketing Operations Manager will maintain and increase the efficiency of global marketing campaigns, reporting, and analytics. This role involves optimizing marketing systems, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative programs. You will have the autonomy to own your scope and drive change while reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations.
Responsibilities
- Create and monitor end-to-end lead routing for inbound and outbound channels.
- Govern MQL/SQL definitions and marketing-to-sales hand-off SLAs.
- Partner with BDR/XDR teams on operational and tooling aspects of outbound execution.
- Track and report on pipeline-generation performance by source.
- Support event and partner marketing teams with campaign creation, workflow builds, and metrics tracking.
- Assist cross-functional marketers in building audiences and executing email campaigns.
- Collaborate on personalized nurture programs with demand gen, content, and partner marketing teams.
- Support the sales organization with campaign and event execution.
- Improve workflows using automation and AI to reduce manual tasks.
- Serve as the day-to-day administrator for HubSpot.
- Monitor and manage the HubSpot–Salesforce sync to ensure data accuracy.
- Champion data quality through deduplication, normalization, and consistent attribution.
- Define and document conventions, naming standards, and processes for stakeholder self-service.
- Build and maintain daily campaign and pipeline-source dashboards.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in HubSpot or Marketo executing campaigns and building operational systems in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Working understanding of B2B sales and outbound processes including lead routing and MQL/SQL hand-offs.
- Familiarity with the revenue tech stack including Salesforce, enrichment tools, Tableau, and automation platforms.
- Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on documentation and driving adoption.
- Resourceful and self-directed work style.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to drive efficiency.
