About the Role

CastleOak is seeking a business development professional to drive revenue growth for its Liquidity Solutions team. This role involves managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing for institutional clients, requiring a consultative, solutions-oriented approach and strong networking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs to maximize growth and profitability.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape to identify new product development opportunities and optimize product positioning.
  • Develop packaged advisory solutions aligned with core cash treasury products and banking relationships.
  • Collaborate with Investment Banking, Capital Markets, and Fixed Income Sales to develop and prioritize sales strategies.
  • Maintain close, interactive, value-added relationships with clients and cash management institutional partnerships.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to increase share of wallet and market share.
  • Act as a thought leader on cash management and money market fund initiatives.
  • Provide training and market updates to Relationship Bankers and Fixed Income Sales.
  • Accompany Relationship Bankers and Fixed Income Sales on client/prospect calls.
  • Assist in the development and launching of targeted sales campaigns.
  • Assist in the development of RFP responses.
  • Tailor marketing and pitch materials to client segments.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably including money market funds and/or financial technology.
  • Solid understanding of institutional money market funds and short-term fixed income markets.
  • Ability to create, assess, execute, and manage a marketing plan.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of working independently and within a team.
  • Strong time management, organizational, detail-orientation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written), presentation, and consultative skills.
  • Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, multi-task, and maintain flexibility.
  • Willingness to execute in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to work from the NYC headquarters 3 days/week.

  • $125,000—$175,000 USD
