About the Role

Lead the Golf Experience Team in guiding guests through their Five Iron Golf experience, ensuring guest satisfaction and engagement by highlighting the fun of golf and Five Iron's offerings.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest experience through pre-visit communications, onsite interactions, and post-visit follow-ups.
• Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products and services, including technology, lessons, leagues, memberships, and food and beverage offerings.
• Sell and cross-sell various offerings.
• Serve as the in-house expert on golf simulator technology, ensuring optimal guest experiences.
• Connect guests with offerings such as leagues, memberships, swing evaluations, and club fittings.
• Oversee the sales, execution, and management of Five Iron Golf leagues and tournaments.
• Build community relationships, foster customer loyalty, and encourage repeat business.
• Handle administrative tasks related to sales transactions and customer service inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve business goals.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and engagement at all times.
• Follow health and safety regulations regarding food handling, alcohol service, and cleanliness.
• Verify guests' legal drinking age.
• Assist with closing duties as needed.
