About the Role
This hybrid role focuses on building the open superintelligence stack by bridging AI platform software engineering and infrastructure development. You will contribute to both intuitive web interfaces and high-performance distributed training systems to empower AI teams.
Responsibilities
- Build intuitive web interfaces for AI workload management and monitoring
- Develop REST APIs and backend services in Python
- Create real-time monitoring and debugging tools
- Implement user-facing features for resource management and job control
- Design and implement distributed training infrastructure in Rust
- Build high-performance networking and coordination components
- Create infrastructure automation pipelines with Ansible
- Manage cloud resources and container orchestration
- Implement scheduling systems for heterogeneous hardware
- Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement backend features
- Enhance platform REST APIs and backend services for performance
- Ensure seamless integration of new features while maintaining reliability and security
Requirements
- Strong Python backend development experience (FastAPI, async)
- Modern frontend development experience (TypeScript, React, Next.js, Tailwind)
- Experience building developer tools and dashboards
- RESTful API design and implementation
- Systems programming experience with Rust
- Infrastructure automation experience (Ansible, Terraform)
- Container orchestration experience (Kubernetes)
- Cloud platform expertise (GCP preferred)
- Observability tools experience (Prometheus, Grafana)
