About the Role

Got Light is seeking a Lighting Warehouse Associate to accurately pick, pack, and pull technical equipment for special events. This role involves equipment testing, quality control, cleanliness, loading/unloading trucks, inventory management, and transportation to and from venues or vendors.

Responsibilities

• Assist a team to pick, pack, and pull technical equipment for special events.
• Read detailed technical equipment pull lists in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver and pick up event equipment to and from venues and vendors.
• Maintain company brand integrity, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Perform equipment diagnostics, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and basic repairs.
• Perform soldering, cable termination, and basic electronics maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in live event lighting production, entertainment technology, warehouse operations, or a related fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of professional lighting equipment, including conventional and intelligent lighting fixtures.
• Knowledge of electrical power systems and temporary event power distribution is a plus.
• Previous experience driving 16'–24' box trucks is strongly preferred.
• Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse material handling equipment is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to push/pull/lift up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to work in an environment that may be noisy, unheated, and not air-conditioned.
• Full manual dexterity in both hands and wrists.
• Motor vehicle record (MVR) check required.
• Background check conducted following a conditional offer of employment.
