About the Role

This role is your chance to be at the center of building the next generation of commercial payment products. You'll own a portfolio of high-impact products and strategic workstreams that directly shape how billions of dollars in commercial spend flow through the Visa network.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the next phase of growth for Dynamic Interchange for B2B, optimizing the product model, economic constructs, rules framework, and client onboarding.
  • Partner with Visa's Strategy, Pricing, and Technology teams to expand coverage, refine targeting, and deepen issuer value for dynamic interchange.
  • Identify new segments and use cases where dynamic interchange can unlock commercial payment volume.
  • Own the end-to-end product management and global scaling of Visa Commercial Choice, driving adoption with issuing clients worldwide.
  • Continuously evolve Visa Commercial Choice based on market signals, competitive dynamics, and client feedback.
  • Serve as the global subject-matter expert for flexible interchange constructs.
  • Manage and grow the Purchasing & Large Ticket (PLT) program, optimizing program rules, onboarding flows, and operational processes.
  • Identify new verticals and use cases where large-ticket commercial payments can displace legacy payment methods.
  • Partner directly with Visa's Strategy team to identify, design, and launch new products and services aimed at the buyer-supplier ecosystem.
  • Conduct market analysis, size opportunities, and develop business cases for new commercial offerings.
  • Translate strategic intent into executable product plans with clear success metrics.

Requirements

  • Strategic product thinking: Ability to connect pricing model changes to downstream impacts.
  • Execution velocity: Proven ability to ship products.
  • Commercial payments depth: Understanding of interchange, scheme economics, issuer/acquirer dynamics, and B2B payment mechanics.
  • Global instincts: Ability to scale products across markets, regulations, and client maturity levels.
  • Stakeholder mastery: Ability to influence without authority across senior leadership, cross-functional teams, technology partners, and external clients.
  • Builder's mentality: Ability to create structure in ambiguous spaces, define roadmaps, and bring new products to market.
  • Demonstrated success taking products from concept through launch and global scale.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technology, operations, pricing, legal, and regional teams.
  • Strong execution skills in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management — ability to influence across senior leadership and external partners.
  • Deep experience in interchange, commercial payments pricing, or B2B payment economics.
  • Experience in commercial or B2B payments (virtual cards, purchasing cards, commercial card programs).
  • Understanding of issuer/acquirer dynamics and scheme-level product design.
  • Track record of working with global clients and scaling products across multiple markets.
  • This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
  • This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
