About the Role
Join a modern, patient-focused practice as a Certified Dental Assistant Level II. This part-time position offers the potential for full-time employment and the chance to grow with a thriving clinic.
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during a wide range of clinical procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure operatories are fully stocked and organized
- Sterilize instruments and maintain IPAC standards
- Take digital radiographs in accordance with HARP certification
- Provide patients with pre- and post-operative instructions
- Support procedures such as restorative dentistry, extractions, implants, endodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and more
- Maintain accurate clinical records and charting
- Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and patient-focused clinic culture
Requirements
- Certified Dental Assistant Level II designation
- Current HARP Certification
- Current CPR Certification
- Saturday availability is mandatory
- Previous dental assisting experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for patient care
- Ability to work independently while thriving as part of a collaborative team
