• Solid knowledge of tax law and the preparation of annual financial statements.
• Leadership personality with the ability to motivate, manage, and develop a team.
• Decisive, strong communication skills, and team-oriented.
• Proficient with digital tools and open to modern firm structures.
• Experience with non-profit or institutional mandates is advantageous.
