About the Role
The Operational Product Manager supports the execution, commercialization, and lifecycle management of the product portfolio. This role works across the Product Management organization to own recurring operational processes, coordinate cross-functional activities, maintain product information, and support development projects.
Responsibilities
- Support product lifecycle management including introductions, sustaining initiatives, and end-of-life transitions
- Manage product pricing administration, updates, analysis, and implementation
- Coordinate Product Management deliverables, stage-gate activities, and launch readiness for development projects
- Assist with business case development, market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and forecasting
- Create and maintain technical literature including datasheets, manuals, and marketing collateral
- Develop product performance reports and dashboards to support decision-making
- Partner with Application Engineering to capture customer needs and market opportunities
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Quality, and Supply Chain
- Ensure commercial readiness for product launches including training materials and internal communications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, product management, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in technical, commercial, engineering, marketing, or project management roles
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
