About the Role

As a senior manager on our fund administration team, you will work directly with leading private equity clients, supporting fund operations, financial reporting, and investor communications. You will oversee client deliverables, review complex fund calculations and financials, manage audits, train junior staff, and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client relationships across multiple Private Equity funds, ensuring expectations are met and timelines are followed.
  • Apply understanding of limited partnership agreements to fund operations, reporting, and investor communications.
  • Prepare and review key financial components like journal entries, capital calls, distributions, and performance metrics such as IRR.
  • Manage audits, tax requests, and financial statement reviews while continuously improving operational processes.
  • Prioritize tasks, respond to client requests, and train junior team members to support team development and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Over four years of progressive experience in private equity, public accounting, or a mix of both within alternative asset firms.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills in accounting, finance, and fund administration.
  • Consistently deliver exceptional client service, building trust and long-term relationships.
  • Apply expertise to support complex fund operations and drive high-quality outcomes.
