About the Role

This role is for an exceptional generalist to help define how Prime Intellect turns frontier post-training infrastructure into a product customers can understand, buy, deploy, and expand. You will own the "messy middle" by working directly with customers, the CEO, GTM leadership, Applied Research, and Engineering to translate ambiguous customer pain into concrete product strategy, technical scope, commercial proposal, and path to revenue. This is a unique opportunity to be in the room where a new category is being created.

Responsibilities

Translate customer needs into product strategy, technical scope, and commercial proposals.
Shape product motion and identify patterns across customer conversations.
Define packaging, sharpen use cases, and identify market signals.
Own high-value customer opportunities from initial conversation through expansion.
Run discovery with technical and executive stakeholders.
Build the business case and technical wedge for customer opportunities.
Draft proposals, scopes, and commercial structures.
Coordinate internal workstreams across Applied Research, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Finance.
Partner with Applied Research to prioritize customer-facing work and identify commercially valuable workflows.
Contribute to positioning, sales narratives, customer decks, case studies, and launch moments.
Create structure and crisp language from raw customer conversations for company-wide use.
