About the Role

At SRM Concrete, we’re looking for hands-on, hard-working people to join us as Loader Operators. If you take pride in a good day’s work, enjoy driving heavy equipment, and want to help build the future of your community, this is the job for you.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move sand, gravel, and cement.
• Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors.
• Collaborate with crew and production teams to maintain schedules.
• Perform pre- and post-shift equipment checks and report maintenance needs.
• Adhere to all safety rules and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with inventory counts.
• Contribute ideas for process improvement.
• Provide support to teammates and assist with various tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Experience operating loaders or heavy machinery is preferred, but training is available for motivated individuals.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and willingness to report unsafe conditions.
• Ability to perform basic equipment checks and minor repairs.
• Exhibit strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Physically capable of performing job duties in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings.
• Adhere to the company's 5 Principles of Service: Safety, Quality, Kindness, Cleanliness, and Go-Getter.
