About the Role

The Boutique Assistant role will support the execution of the client experience strategy in boutique, aligning with Maison Values and aiming to create the most exceptional client experience with the most productive environment and its people, through the lens of hospitality. The role supports the execution of a tailored client experience journey to ensure seamless and memorable experiences that foster brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Build extraordinary client experiences through hospitality excellence.
  • Promote a warm and welcoming boutique environment to enhance the client journey.
  • Assist the boutique team with front-of-house and back-of-house activities to facilitate seamless client experiences.
  • Support appointment preparation, client entertainment, product presentation, and sales finalization.
  • Assist sales associates with impactful discovery and pre-appointment browsing.
  • Support boutique traffic flow and daily management of the appointment booking tool and queue.
  • Support and maintain visual standards of wrap rooms and organization of Client Services areas.
  • Maintain and replenish daily needs for sales and hospitality areas.
  • Support client treatment and personal services, including directions, reservations, and order requests.
  • Assist with phone duties, supporting incoming calls, message retrieval, and appointment setting.
  • Assist clients with quick service requests and personalization, including complimentary services.
  • Participate in daily set up and break down of boutique for opening/closing.
  • Partner with the Operations Coordinator to manage stock maintenance of non-sellables.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
  • Understand and comply with security and operational procedures.
  • Remain current on industry news, competition, and community connections.
  • Strive for operational excellence related to the boutique environment and upholding standards.
  • Uphold Cartier standards with an approachable and professional image.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive boutique environment through collaboration.
  • Leverage personal and team savoir-faire to create a collaborative network.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Excellent computer skills and use of technology.
  • MS Office experience required.
  • SAP knowledge preferred.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Must be available to work retail hours, including weekends.
  • Must be available to travel for training as needed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills are required.
  • Strong understanding of client service needs and priorities (internal and external).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and precision.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to foster a united work environment with a “can do” attitude.
  • Intellectual curiosity and passion for learning.
