About the Role
Buena is building the technology that real estate runs on, aiming to make every part of real estate transparent and seamless. We are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to design and scale the growth engine for our property managers, developing a repeatable playbook within the first 180 days.
Responsibilities
- Design the growth engine behind our property managers.
- Develop a repeatable playbook for growth within the first 180 days.
- Grow hyperlocal Property Managers from scratch using online and offline channels.
- Partner with PortCo MDs on conversion to turn leads into signed property management contracts.
- Report directly to the VP Property Management and the Leadership Team.
- Collaborate closely with the Property Management function team.
Requirements
- Speak fluent German (C2).
- Based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
- Deep performance marketing expertise with experience managing budgets, running campaigns, and elaborating on outcomes.
- Commercial thinking with the ability to make independent business decisions and manage significant monthly ad spends.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, set up and run experiments, and spend time with local MDs.
