About the Role

This role is for an operator who thrives in the duality of building intricate systems and managing cross-functional programs. You will act as the ultimate force multiplier for the founding team, bridging technical innovation and strategic execution to productize internal AI capabilities into operational programs that drive company-wide leverage and efficiency. You will tackle multivariable complexity by defining the boundaries between human monitoring and AI automation.

Responsibilities

• Build internal AI, hands-on, prototyping, testing, and refining agentic workflows.
• Transition experimental AI workflows into robust, company-wide programs with documentation, training, and operational cadences.
• Identify and address founder bottlenecks through human and AI-driven systems.
• Own the company's operating cadence, managing OKRs, executive meetings, all-hands, and quarterly planning.
• Serve as the ultimate unblocker for cross-functional projects, driving them to completion.
• Prepare high-fidelity briefs, board materials, and strategic models, synthesizing complex data into actionable narratives.
• Define and enforce the boundary between human oversight and AI autonomy, ensuring ethical guardrails for internal AI systems.
• Build the infrastructure, data rooms, and operational rigor for future funding rounds, M&A, or exit readiness.
• Monitor organizational health, partner on key leadership hires, resolve friction, and cultivate a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of modern software development, API integrations, and LLM capabilities.
• Highly technical, capable of participating in architecture discussions.
• 5+ years of experience in high-growth tech, in roles such as Chief of Staff, Product Management, BizOps, or Engineering.
• Proven track record of building and managing complex, cross-functional programs from 0 to 1.
• Deep systems thinking capabilities to deconstruct and optimize processes.
• Strong technical literacy, particularly regarding AI, LLMs, and agentic workflows.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of distilling multivariable complexity into clear narratives.
• Experience as a former founder or early-stage startup operator (preferred).
• Hands-on experience scripting or building automations (Python, SQL, API integrations) (preferred).
