About the Role

The Site Manager for the Healthy Brain Network (HBN) will drive operational efficiency and administrative duties for the research site, overseeing daily activities, participant flow, facility performance, and staff supervision to ensure productivity and adherence to standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day functioning of Harlem and Staten Island offices, including space and resource assignments, inventory management, and HR/Facilities/IT coordination.
  • Translate research and clinical direction into daily site operations, evaluate business procedures, and implement process improvements.
  • Support participant recruitment, wait time management, informed consent processes, scheduling, engagement and satisfaction, and compliance with study protocols.
  • Facilitate effective communication across teams and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee CRM tools (e.g. Ripple), maintain SOPs, produce reports on site function and study KPIs, and maintain study dashboards.
  • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years’ experience managing operations in a healthcare or clinical setting.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g. Monday.com).
  • Knowledge of Electronic Health Records.
