About the Role
Under the guidance of the Practice Manager, the LPN Lead is primarily responsible for providing high-quality patient care and overseeing clinical operations and administrative coordination to ensure a steady workflow, uninterrupted service, and maximization of patient satisfaction in a family medicine setting.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Jordan Health patients receive high-quality, consistent, competent, patient-centered care.
- Maintain a specific focus to support Team Base Care.
- Ensure administrative activities are completed timely and accurately.
- Ensure resource staffing activities cover key positions and provide proper training to minimize vacancies.
- Support and develop financial, regulatory, and strategic objectives and key programs.
Requirements
- Accredited LPN Program.
- 2+ years of healthcare experience in an ambulatory setting.
- Previous supervisory experience or team leadership preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills; ability to foster and maintain sound relationships with key stakeholders influencing without authority.
- Current NYS LPN License without any negative actions.
- Certification to administer medications.
- Current provider BLS/CPR through the American Heart Association.
- Infection Control Certificate.
- Valid NYS Driving License and reliable transportation.
Skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Fluent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records preferred.
