About the Role

HF Sinclair is seeking a passionate and creative Brand Manager in Salt Lake City, UT, to grow the value of the Sinclair brand through new creative initiatives and programs. This strategic role will focus on leading agency relationships to develop new brand campaigns, enhance the Consumer Value Proposition, and attract/retain consumers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute brand strategy, positioning, and standards.
• Manage agency and vendor relationships and budget reconciliations.
• Develop an actionable insights strategy and program.
• Develop brand campaigns and advertising creative assets with the marketing agency.
• Manage external and internal brand communications.
• Innovate and create organic social media calendar and posts, manage community management, and integrate team initiatives.
• Manage and optimize SEO with the marketing agency.
• Manage, optimize, and grow ROI of PPC programs with the marketing agency.
• Partner with, motivate, and collaborate with the Brand Marketing Team on initiatives.
• Ensure engagement and alignment with the Marketing Team to support Distributor and Dealer Value Propositions.
• Lead the organization through annual brand planning.
• Update, monitor, and action brand KPIs.
• Develop a premium fuel strategy and implementation plan to grow premium fuel penetration by 30%.
• Assess, recommend, manage, and create a new strategy for Brand Licensing Agreements.
• Perform special assignments or tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional marketing experience.
• Experience managing and growing a Fortune 500 brand or a new innovative brand.
• Experience performing consumer and customer segmentation and persona building.
• Experience creating clear, effective, and detailed agency briefs.
• Experience with end-to-end management of creative production execution with agencies.
• Experience delivering sophisticated projects by collaborating with and delivering through others.
• Experience managing medium to large marketing agency relationships.
• Experience creating and implementing new strategies to deliver results.
• Experience managing sponsorships and extracting maximum value from them.
• Experience engaging and collaborating with franchisees/distributors.
• Experience creating effective and engaging brand communications to consumers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
