About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, metrics-driven Contract Technical Recruiter to accelerate hiring for our Engineering organization. You will focus on proactive sourcing, engaging passive technical talent, and building robust pipelines in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive sourcing and pipeline generation for technical roles within Engineering.
- Identify, engage, and nurture passive technical talent.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies via LinkedIn, referrals, talent communities, and events.
- Conduct recruiter screens and manage the full candidate interview process.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through proactive communication.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate profiles and share market insights.
- Track pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, and recruiting metrics.
- Improve sourcing workflows and operational efficiency using tools like Ashby, Pin, and Claude.
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- 4+ years of experience focused on technical recruiting.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and modern recruiting technology.
- Proven track record of hiring high-performing technical talent in high-growth environments.
- Strong sourcing and talent mapping skills in competitive markets.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions through data.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
