About the Role
Oversee and optimize logistics operations to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of materials for clinical trials.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the coordination and execution of shipments, deliveries, and inventory management for clinical trial materials.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to address and resolve logistics challenges.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate shipping and inventory records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics coordination and shipping (import/export).
- Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles.
- Trained in dangerous goods handling is highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in logistics software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
