About the Role

The Senior Project Manager leads product development and commercialization initiatives, focusing on pilot deployments at customer sites to drive market adoption. This role is part of the Energy+ Business Unit, reporting to the Senior Director of Additive Manufacturing, and is responsible for end-to-end project execution, stakeholder communication, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of pilot and commercial deployments including planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Manage all phases of deployments including sales support, contract review, technical documentation, vendor coordination, testing, and customer acceptance.
• Ensure compliance with government-funded project requirements including milestone tracking and reporting.
• Communicate project status, risks, and escalation points to leadership and stakeholders.
• Capture lessons learned and continuously improve project execution processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering or Science.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• 5+ years of project/program management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional, global teams in a stage-gate environment.
• Proven success managing large-scale projects of $2M+ and 2+ years duration.
• Ability to travel up to 10% to project sites within North America or internationally.
