About the Role
Snap Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to join the Product team, focusing on growth initiatives. This role involves building and optimizing acquisition loops, driving end-to-end product development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user connections and platform growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize acquisition loops to improve content discovery and user conversion.
- Drive end-to-end product development from problem definition through launch and iteration.
- Design and execute experiments, interpret results, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Partner with engineering, design, data science, and user research teams.
- Communicate priorities, progress, and results to stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent practical work experience.
- 2+ years of experience building and shipping products at a technology company, or a Master's degree with 1+ years of experience.
- High degree of ownership and urgency with the ability to operate in ambiguity.
- Fluency in experimentation and data-driven hypothesis testing.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Understanding of large-scale consumer systems and technical product details.
- User-first mindset focused on responsible and sustainable growth.

- Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): $142,000-$214,000
- Zone B: $135,000-$203,000
- Zone C: $121,000-$182,000
