About the Role
We are opening a new relationship-oriented residential group in Blankenfelde-Mahlow in September 2026, providing a family-like environment for six children and adolescents aged 4 to 17. The core of the group is a large living, dining, and kitchen area designed for shared activities and daily life. As part of the new team, you will actively shape structures, rituals, and the pedagogical concept.
Responsibilities
- Pedagogical support of children and adolescents
- Design of a safe and structured daily routine
- Relationship building and individual development support
- Collaboration with families, youth welfare offices, and other network partners
- Documentation and care planning
- Active co-design of the new residential group and its pedagogical structures
Requirements
- Degree as a childcare worker, social worker, social pedagogue, psychologist, childhood educator, educational scientist, or integrated living support worker (graduates are also welcome)
- Willingness to work in a shift system (24-hour shifts)

Salary/Compensations
