About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and highly experienced teacher to deliver English and/or maths within the Foundation Learning Department. The role involves supporting diverse students to overcome learning barriers and achieve their full potential. Successful candidates will join a compassionate and supportive team.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver English and/or maths within the Foundation Learning Department.
  • Support students with diverse experiences, learning needs, and backgrounds.
  • Teach on a range of subjects and programmes across the subject spectrums.
  • Work effectively as part of a team.

Requirements

  • Hold a relevant degree qualification (or equivalent).
  • Possess a recognised Level 5/6 teaching qualification (PGCE/CertEd) or be willing to work towards one.
  • Excellent administration skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to working effectively as part of a team.
  • Experience of working with young people with EHCPs, mental health issues, or NEET backgrounds is useful.
  • Subject specialisms required are English and/or maths.
