About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and strategic Sponsorship Manager to join our Brand Partnerships team. This role operates like a creative agency, helping brands and agencies conceptualize, produce, and manage multi-strand digital and content campaigns. You will work closely with the Head of Brand Partnerships to drive growth across the international business, scaling sponsorships for Fever Originals and Official Partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, sales, and event operations to develop winning sponsorship proposals.
  • Identify and engage potential sponsors to establish long-term strategic relationships and craft compelling sponsorship packages.
  • Drive revenue growth by implementing effective sponsorship strategies, negotiating favorable deals, and expanding portfolios via strategic upselling.
  • Oversee the successful execution of sponsorship agreements, ensuring all commitments, activations, and experiential opportunities are delivered professionally.
  • Monitor sponsor satisfaction through proactive communication, gathering feedback, and addressing partner concerns.
  • Evaluate sponsorship performance regularly to provide comprehensive reports detailing ROI and core deliverables to external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2C event sponsorship sales.
  • Strong network of direct client and agency contacts across major industry verticals.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial can-do attitude and comfortable operating as a self-starter within ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to balance creative, out-of-the-box thinking with data-driven decision-making.
  • Highly skilled in crafting visually compelling slide decks and polished written pitch materials.
