About the Role
This is a target-based, relationship-driven sales role for a results-motivated professional who enjoys converting leads into bookings and thrives on exceeding targets. You will manage a high-value pipeline for luxury travel clients, building deep trust and acting as an expert partner. Through frequent and thoughtful phone conversations, you will get to know our clients, inspire them with your passion for travel, and deliver exceptional service throughout their journey.
Responsibilities
- Proactively follow up on new enquiries, nurturing warm leads into quotes and maintaining consistent outreach to unresponsive clients.
- Manage a high-contact sales pipeline, meeting commercial and conversion targets while maintaining exceptional customer care.
- Engage clients via phone and video calls to understand their travel needs, interests, and passions.
- Guide clients to optimal travel decisions by introducing premium options and unique experiences.
- Leverage personal destination expertise to inspire clients, address regional questions, and create dream itineraries.
- Curate bespoke, sustainable itineraries across Latin America, incorporating unique properties and responsible travel practices.
- Maintain contact with past clients to build rapport, foster loyalty, and drive repeat/referral business.
- Maintain exceptional data hygiene in Hubspot CRM, handling administrative tasks accurately.
- Partner with post-sales teams to manage real-time feedback and address client concerns.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to share destination insights and support collective success.
- Assist colleagues and support client care when regional team members are away.
- Participate in annual FAM trips within the region to maintain destination expertise and recommend properties from our Positive Impact Collection.
Requirements
- Ideally 2+ years in travel sales or a high-contact, relationship-driven sales role.
- Extensive first-hand travel knowledge and a genuine love for Latin America.
- Confident using personal destination insights descriptively and persuasively to capture client imagination and close sales.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding commercial sales targets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Sharp eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Highly organised with strong time-management skills.
- Quick to pick up new systems and software.
- Ability to confidently navigate a multi-platform environment.

Salary/Compensations
- Base Salary: £29,525 per annum
- Guaranteed Earnings: Minimum guaranteed commission top-up to ensure at least £42,000 p.a. during the first 6 months
- Uncapped Commission: Typical overall earnings ranging from £60,000 to £100,000, with potential to exceed
