About the Role

WELL Health Diagnostic Centres is seeking a skilled and certified X-Ray Technologist to perform X-Ray procedures and examinations. Experience with C-Arm procedures is a plus. This position offers flexibility with full-time, part-time, and casual work options.

Responsibilities

• Administer diagnostic x-ray procedures and examinations.
• Maintain company standards for quality, procedures, methodology, and confidentiality.
• Assist and provide training to other x-ray technologists as needed.
• Ensure patient comfort and confidence in the center's staff and professionalism.
• Perform duties under the guidance of the clinic leader.
• Prepare reports and answer technical questions.
• Demonstrate knowledge of company procedures, standards, and equipment.
• Ensure personal development through training to upgrade technical skills.
• Perform additional duties and work various shifts as assigned.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of related experience.
• Current registration with CAMRT or provincial equivalent certification/license.
• Current CPR certificate.
• Maintain competence by attending staff meetings.
• Evaluate own performance and establish personal objectives.
• Participate in yearly staff performance reviews.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and training.
• Demonstrated effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
