About the Role

We’re hiring a Conversion Optimization Specialist to turn traffic into revenue for high-growth DTC brands. In this role, you’ll own landing page and funnel testing across multiple Shopify-based stores—helping brands scale faster by turning insights into real results. This is a full-time role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows what makes a page convert. You’ll collaborate with a lean, creative team where your tests don’t just sit in a backlog — they go live.

Responsibilities

Drive CRO strategy and execution across several DTC brands
Own the CRO roadmap across Shopify-based brands
Design and run A/B tests on offers, pricing, layout, copy, and UX changes
Audit landing pages, PDPs, and checkout flows to identify friction points
Prioritize tests based on traffic, goals, and lift potential
Use tools like Replo, Intelligems, and Shopify analytics to gather insights
Share results with clear recommendations—whether to retest, roll out, or scale up
Partner with design, dev, and media teams to launch tests quickly and cleanly

Requirements

3+ years of experience in CRO, growth, or performance marketing
Proven success working with Shopify or DTC eCommerce brands
Strong understanding of funnels, user behavior, and conversion psychology
Excellent communication and project management skills
Familiarity with Shopify, Replo (or other landing page builders), and Intelligems (or other A/B test platforms)
Experience with SaaS landing page optimization
Hands-on testing in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands
Strong UX design sensibility
