Responsibilities
- Propose, educate, and support products from Baxter's Advanced Surgery business unit to surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff in the surgical field.
- Propose and negotiate with hospitals and distributors (direct sales + distributor channels).
- Support appropriate use based on surgical cases (advise on product selection and usage).
- Gather information based on surgical trends and needs and provide feedback.
- Manage relationships with distributors and execute sales promotion plans.
Requirements
- Energetic, passionate, and mentally strong individual.
- Experience in medical device sales is preferred.
- Must be able to manage distributor relationships and execute sales promotion plans.
