About the Role

Support the development of sales content that positions the Ibotta Performance Network as a must-buy marketing platform for CPG manufacturers. Work closely with cross-functional partners to produce segment-specific content and training materials that help sales teams win new business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and draft targeted sales materials for CPG manufacturers, including pitch decks, outreach templates, one-pagers, and blog posts.
  • Assist in the rollout of go-to-market strategies for Ibotta’s products by creating messaging that aligns with consumer needs and brand partnerships.
  • Maintain a library of sales enablement tools, ensuring playbooks and collateral are up-to-date and easily accessible for the sales team.
  • Partner with product and analytics teams to gather the necessary data and product details to build accurate and compelling sales stories.
  • Work with measurement teams to turn data-driven insights into clear, visual proof points for sales presentations.
  • Monitor and analyze how sales teams are using existing content and suggest improvements based on feedback and performance.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing or advertising.
  • 2+ years of experience in Product Marketing or B2B Content Marketing.
  • Experience in or around the CPG industry is strongly preferred, especially within health, beauty, household goods, or general merchandise verticals.
  • Proficient at translating customer research, consumer insights, and product capabilities into clear and compelling stories for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A portfolio of work (scripts, pitch decks, playbooks) that demonstrates proficiency as a sales content creator is highly desirable.
  • A passion for and demonstrable experience in supporting high-performing sales teams with tailored content and training.
  • Works effectively in Google Suite, Keynote, etc., to build sales content semi-autonomously, using design resources only for more advanced tasks.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
  • Employees are responsible for the secure handling of data in accordance with security policies, identifying and reporting phishing attempts, and reporting security incidents to the proper channels.
