About the Role
WME Group is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the President of WME Fashion & Non-Scripted Content. This role requires discretion, independent judgment, and the ability to interact with executive-level business leaders. The candidate will manage a high-volume workload, including scheduling calls, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendar and scheduling with meticulous attention to detail.
- Organize travel schedules, meetings, and related events.
- Provide phone support, organize calls, listen actively, and proactively set follow-ups.
- Manage priorities and conflicts gracefully.
- Assist with reserving conference rooms, setting up audio/visual equipment, arranging catering, and registering visitors.
- Prepare and revise reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring compliance with company standards and accuracy.
- Work closely with Corporate Communications on various projects.
- Organize domestic and international travel arrangements using company travel services.
- Create travel booklets with itineraries and agendas.
- Complete expense reports using Concur in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion.
- Complete additional ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
- At least two (2) years’ experience assisting a senior level executive.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments and deadlines with accuracy.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Professional demeanor.
- High proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Proactive and able to anticipate needs.
