About the Role
Seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and technically savvy Refrigeration Mechanic Apprentice to support the delivery of industrial refrigeration systems. This hands-on role is ideal for someone working towards a 313A Refrigeration Mechanic license, eager to grow within a supportive team in a specialized, in-demand field.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and maintain industrial refrigeration systems, with a focus on CO2 and ammonia systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance checks to ensure smooth and safe operations.
- Diagnose and fix issues to minimize client downtime.
- Communicate professionally with customers to solve problems and build trust.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
Requirements
- Understanding of refrigeration and its' components.
- Knowledge of CO2 refrigeration systems through trade school is a strong asset.
- Understanding of electrical components and electrical troubleshooting.
- Valid G License.
- Ability to manage time and adapt to shifting project priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality work.
