About the Role
Too Good To Go is seeking an exceptional Key Account Manager to join their UK office in London. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of Too Good To Go UK and Ireland and the fight against food waste. You will own the relationship with key franchised brands and Irish partners, focusing on increasing active stores and bags saved.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth and optimization of existing Key Account partnerships.
- Increase footprint (active stores) across all sites within a partner’s portfolio.
- Increase bags saved by strengthening and growing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Engage partners with the Too Good To Go mission and aid further expansion.
- Manage partner stakeholders with autonomy, ensuring strong relationships and achievement of business KPIs.
- Collaborate with an account pod to develop strategies for account growth.
- Work with partners to increase store coverage and overall bags supplied & saved.
- Create tailored, joint business plans with partners.
- Understand wider company strategy and product development to support partner opportunities.
- Identify opportunities and create action plans to improve food waste reduction.
- Identify store improvement needs and scale process improvements.
- Build reports to track performance and identify trends.
- Create financial projections and forecasts for internal planning and commercial proposals.
- Embed the importance of food waste reduction with partners.
- Independently search for new opportunities and learn about businesses in depth.
- Map stakeholders and understand their decision-making process.
- Act as the internal voice for partners, working with Operations, ESG & Marketing teams.
- Land new store expansion opportunities or new waste reduction initiatives.
- Build, schedule, and lead training of Too Good To Go to key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong Key Account Management experience, ideally within the Franchise sector.
- Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and deepen relationships.
- Proven track record of achieving business growth with existing accounts.
- Experience creating urgency within long sales cycles.
- Excellent commercial acumen; ideally having experience of MEDDIC sales methodology.
- Master communicator with strong listening and engagement skills.
- Data Analysis and MS Excel skills to create performance reports and projections.
- Ability to create and deliver impactful presentations using data-driven insights.
- Passion for the mission and raising awareness of food waste & sustainability.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and efficiently.
