About the Role

Lead the transformation of Children's Services through smarter systems and better insight. You will oversee the development of case management systems, user-centred workflows and data solutions that improve frontline practice and decision-making. Combining technical expertise, strategic thinking and leadership, you'll ensure services have the information, tools and intelligence needed to achieve the best outcomes for children and families.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse portfolio spanning case management systems, data engineering, business intelligence and performance.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Balance innovation with governance.
  • Stay abreast of legislative and regulatory developments.

Requirements

  • Strategic and adaptable leader.
  • Ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level.
  • Passionate about ensuring systems, data and insight are at the heart of service improvement and better outcomes for children and young people.
  • Out of hours working may be occasionally required.
  • Subject to a Basic DBS check.
