About the Role

Signature Theatre, a leading off-Broadway theatre, seeks a Fellow for the production of King of the Yees. This full-time, temporary role provides administrative and logistical support across various teams, offering a holistic understanding of theatre operations and professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to General Management, Production, Development, Marketing, and Artistic teams.
  • Engage in structured rotations across Artistic, Production, General & Company Management, Marketing & Audience Development, and Development departments.
  • Be mentored by a different department weekly to enhance industry knowledge and career readiness.
  • Participate in networking events with industry professionals, alumni, and partner organizations.
  • Gain access to job shadowing opportunities within Signature.
  • Meet industry leaders.
  • Work on a live project assignment scheduled to end at the fellowship's conclusion, showcasing experience and skills.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable interest and commitment to a career in the arts.
  • Ability to articulate how the fellowship will aid in future arts administration growth.
  • Resumes should focus on meaningful experiences and outline responsibilities and achievements, including professional, academic, and/or personal pursuits.
  • No previous work or educational experience is required.
  • Occasional evening hours may be required.
