About the Role
Impact Ops is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Recruitment Admin to ensure recruitment processes run smoothly in a fast-moving environment. This role is an excellent entry point for a career in talent and operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview and work trial scheduling across multiple time zones.
- Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate records.
- Post job advertisements across relevant job boards, channels, and networks.
- Support the administration of assessments, work trials, and reference checks.
- Prepare recruitment reports and pipeline updates.
- Help implement, test, and improve AI-powered recruitment tools and automated workflows.
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication and a warm, professional manner.
- Comfort juggling multiple processes, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, AirTable).
- Confidence picking up new systems quickly.
- Curiosity about technology (including AI tools) and finding ways to work smarter.
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or operations role.
- Discretion and good judgment when handling confidential candidate information.
