About the Role
As a member of the merchandising team, you will be responsible for the merchandising of Big Geyser products at mass retailers, supermarkets, convenience stores and other retailers of beverages and snacks. The merchandiser will be also responsible for securing, maintaining, and expanding premium shelf space and displays as well as keeping an open line of communication with their sales representatives.
Responsibilities
- Pack out Big Geyser products to shelves
- Fill and reset refrigerators
- Build displays
- Utilize point of sale to get customer attention and increase sales
- Follow merchandising guidelines and training directives daily
- Communicate well with store management, Big Geyser's management, and sales representatives
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance while wearing company-supplied uniforms
Requirements
- Candidates must have weekend availability as a part of their regular schedule
- Flexibility to work additional hours, including holidays, may also be required based on the needs of the business
- Candidate must have a valid Driver's License and Vehicle
- Experience in a grocery, food and beverage, or retail environment is a plus, but not a requirement
- High-energy team player that is self-motivated and willing to work hard
- Work well independently as a part of a bigger team
- Have the desire for personal and professional growth within the company
