About the Role

As a passionate host with a talent for team leadership, you will oversee the Front Office operations, inspire guests, and elevate service standards while developing the team.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and organize the Front Office during shift duties
  • Lead, motivate, and support the reception team
  • Manage professional guest check-in and check-out processes
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to service and quality standards
  • Optimize Front Office workflows and processes
  • Onboard, coach, and train new employees
  • Collaborate closely and maintain regular communication with management
  • Resolve guest inquiries independently and manage complaints and conflicts professionally
  • Ensure first-class guest satisfaction and a warm welcome

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in the hotel industry or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience at the Front Office, ideally with initial leadership responsibility
  • Strong host mentality and high service and guest orientation
  • Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and sense of responsibility
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
  • Willingness to work shifts including early, late, and weekend duties
  • Very good German and good English language skills
  • Team player with a positive charisma and motivating leadership style

Skills

  • Opera PMS
  • MS Office applications
  • Spanish language skills (advantageous)
